NCFI has implemented reasonable and appropriate administrative, physical, technical, organizational and procedural security measures intended to protect your Data against any unauthorized, accidental and/or unlawful processing of such data.

Any and all personal information related to you or your co-borrower which may come into NCFI’s possession and/or control during the processing of your loan application shall be used for any of the following purposes:

1. Verifying the accuracy and authenticity of your name, address, age, contact number, employment details including current position, salary and length of service;
2. Verifying the accuracy and authenticity of the name, address, age, contact number, employment details including current position, salary and length of service of your co-borrowers;
3. Conducting a background investigation based on the data and information given;
4. Determination and approval of loanable amount;
5. Reportorial and compliance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 9510 (“Credit Information System Act”);
6. Such other legitimate or business-related purpose, such as product marketing, offers and promotions, news and updates, as may be deemed proper or necessary by NCFI.

NCFI reserves the right to thereafter process the Data in order, among others: (1) to enforce a contract, pursue a claim, file a case or demand a lawful obligation; (2) to comply with applicable laws and regulations; (3) to respond to governmental inquiries or requests from public authorities; (4) to comply with valid legal processes issued by competent government authorities; (5) to protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of NCFI, its business premises, site visitors, guests, employees or the general public; (6) to permit NCFI to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that the company may sustain; (7) to respond to an emergency; or (8) as a consequence of a legal contract or agreement entered by NCFI with third party service providers requiring the disclosure of Data.

Your Data may be used, stored, processed, and disclosed by NCFI to its parent company, partners, affiliates or subsidiaries or members of the Nittan Capital Group as well as to third parties as may be necessary and allowed by law.

Phishing Emails

We encourage you to be careful of phishing emails. Should you happen to receive an email containing a purported link to our website, asking you to provide or confirm confidential information, kindly ignore this and do not attempt to access the link to get to our site. These links may take you to a spoofed site that could send all information you enter to the hacker who designed the site. Please send your correspondences only to trusted and official email accounts of NCFI.

Security and Retention Period

We have put in place appropriate physical, organizational, and technical controls to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your Data.

NCFI shall only retain your information for a period of ten (10) years from the full payment of your loan with NCFI company and/or until the declared, specific and legitimate purpose has been achieved or the processing relevant to the purpose has been terminated. However, NCFI reserves its rights to retain your information when necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, for legitimate business purposes, or when provided by law, which must be in accordance with standards followed by the applicable industry or approved by appropriate government agency.
